Birding: A few examples: Englishman River Estuary is a short walking trail with over 250 bird species, including the Pacific Brant Sea Goose. The French Creek Estuary & Breakwater is good for shorebirds, and at Hamilton Marsh you might see owls, early migrant swallows, and migrant shorebirds.
